If, after trying the Max-Air Nose Cones or the Sinus Cones, you find that they are not quite suited to you, you have two satisfaction guarantees. 1) You may return the packaged Cones within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the PURCHASE PRICE (LESS S&H), or, 2) you may exchange the packaged Cones for another more suitable size or squeezieness.
Exchange Policy:
To exchange a packaged pair of the Max-Air Nose Cones for the Sinus Cones or vice versa, or for a different size or material, just return the original purchased product with the box and receipt to us and include a note indicating what you would like in exchange.
