When I first ordered these Nose Cones I ordered the medium size. However, they were too big so I ordered the small. They do fit better but wonder if the xsmall size would be better. When it is time to reorder i might try the smaller size. They do work good but I have to tape my mouth shut because I still want to breath through my mouth.
