International customers, usually delivery is quite prompt and accurate. Unfortunately, if you make a mistake in the shipping address, you package may be lost or delayed as there is no way to confirm the accuracy of the address. I understand and agree to the following shipping and payment terms and conditions:
1) I agree to double-check the shipping address that I provide on my order.
2) I agree to accept responsibility for the accuracy and deliverability of the shipping address that I provide on my order.
3) I agree to pay for the order in full if errors that I made in the shipping address result in a delay or non-deliverable status of my order.
4) I agree to NOT hold the NOSE CONES SINUS CONES company responsible for errors made in the delivery of my package due to my shipping address errors.
5) I agree to NOT hold the NOSE CONES SINUS CONES company responsible for errors made by the package delivery service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and International mail services) who are involved in the handling or delivery of the package, provided that the tracking shows that the NOSE CONES SINUS CONES company delivered the package to the delivery service facility.
6) I agree to pay any and all VAT, Customs Fees other charges levied for my package if it is shipped to an address outside the USA.
7) I agree to abide by the terms of this agreement and choose to place and pay for this order in full.
A tracking number is included free of charge on all packages.
ONCE YOUR PACKAGE LEAVES OUR FACILITY AND IS DROPPED AT THE SHIPPING SERVICE’S FACILITY, NOSE CONES AND SINUS CONES COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMAINING TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE. THEREFORE, NOSE CONES AND SINUS CONES COMPANY IS UNABLE TO ASSIST IN ANY CAPACITY OTHER THAN TO CHECK THE STATUS PROVIDED BY THE TRACKING INFORMATION ON YOUR ORDER. WE MAY ASSIST AS POSSIBLE IN DIRECTING YOUR INQUIRIES TO THE APPROPRIATE THIRD-PARTY CONTACT.
8) I agree, therefore, to check the status of my package through the tracking number.
9) I agree to contact the delivery service responsible for the delivery of my package, should I have a complaint.
