I have been using Max Air Sinus Cones for the past 12 years, which I have found to be much more effective than nasal cones from other companies. If severely congested I use the white Sinus Cones, which work very well. If not congested I use the clear Max Air Nose Cones. It has become a nighttime habit for all these years! I usually cut the clear Nose Cones into 2 separate cones. Occasionally, one or both of the clear cones may come out while sleeping, but in all the years using them I have always found the dislodged cones! I always appreciate the cleaning instructions and other Sinus Cones information that accompanies each order!
