In order to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee, you must return or exchange the products WITHIN 30 days of the purchase date for the Nose Cones or Sinus Cones, and WITHIN 10 DAYS of the purchase date for the SwirlZZ. For example: if the Nose Cones are purchased on the first day of the month, the return or exchange must be in our facility by the 29th of the month. If the purchase was the SwirlZZ, then the return or exchange must be in our facility by the 11th of the month. Please allow for appropriate mail delivery times for the return to reach our facility.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

To exchange the product, mail all of the purchased Max-Air products, a copy of your receipt, and a note indicating what size and Max-Air product is requested for the exchange to to the address listed below. (If you have tried the Max-Air products prior to returning them for an exchange, enclose them in a little baggie.) If you ordered a storage case; and are making an exchange, do not return that to nus, as we will not mail a case with the exchange. If all requirements are met, and we are in receipt within 30 days or 10 days of the purchase date, we will promptly exchange the returned Cones.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash hands thoroughly with soap prior to handling your MAX-AIR nasal dilators
Before sure that your MAX-AIR nasal dilators are clean before using.
Soak MAX-AIR nasal dilators in 3% hydrogen peroxide for 4 minutes.
Then rinse the hydrogen peroxide off of your MAX-AIR nasal dilators under hot tap water, while giving the surface a good, but gently rub off.
Shake, or wipe dry with a lint-free cloth prior to use.
