In order to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee, you must return or exchange the Max-Air Nose Cones or Max-Air Sinus Cones WITHIN 30 days of the purchase date, and return or exchange the Max-Air SwirlZZ WITHIN 10 DAYS of the purchase date.

For example: if you purchase the Max-Air Nose Cones on the first day of the month, the return or exchange must be in our facility by the 29th of the month. If you purchased the Max-Air SwirlZZ, then the return or exchange must be in our facility by the 9th of the month. Please allow for appropriate mail delivery times for the return to reach our facility.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

To make an exchange, mail the Max-Air products that you want to exchange, a copy of your receipt, and instructions indicating what size and or type Max-Air product is requested for the exchange to the address listed below. (If you have tried the Max-Air products prior to returning them for an exchange, enclose them in a little baggie.)  If you ordered a storage case; and are making an exchange, do not return it to us, as we will not mail a case with the exchange. If all requirements are met, and we are in receipt within 30 days for the Max-Air Nose Cones or Max-Air Sinus Cones, and 10 days of the purchase date for the Max-Air SwirlZZ, we will promptly make the exchange and ship it back to you at no further charge.

Before sure that your MAX-AIR nasal dilators are clean before using.
Soak MAX-AIR nasal dilators in 3% hydrogen peroxide for 4 minutes.
Then rinse the hydrogen peroxide off of your MAX-AIR nasal dilators under hot tap water, while giving the surface a good, but gently rub off.
Shake, or wipe dry with a lint-free cloth prior to use.

    Image shows larger case than received with enough room for both nose cone sets, the one received was a cheap small round clear case that you have to jam both sets inside to make them fit-extremely cheap plastic case and not what I ordered based on the image given. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!

      Hi – thank you for your review. We wanted to clear up any confusion about the new storage case. Firstly, the new case is of much higher quality, and is made with certified medical grade material. It is latex-free and acrylic-free and hypoallergenic. Two sets of Sinus Cones or Nose Cones will fit easily into it. If the Nose Cones or Sinus Cones are size large, you will have to put one set into the storage container upside down, so that they nest together. The new storage case image will be posted to the site shortly.

    I have been using maxair nose cones for years now. I do not appreciate the overpackaging of the product. The carrying case is advertising the company name which promotes reordering and should be free with the purchase. The case would be excellent protection for shipping the product in a simpler cardboard box.

    The reason for my bad review is because of my assumption that a case designed for the cones would also work for cleaning them.
    As a storage case it is great – it holds the cones. I found a plastic tub with a cover that works as both a storage case and a cleaning case. I’ll be using it for the cones in place of the one I purchased.
