In order to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee, you must return or exchange the Max-Air Nose Cones or Max-Air Sinus Cones WITHIN 30 days of the purchase date, and return or exchange the Max-Air SwirlZZ WITHIN 10 DAYS of the purchase date.

For example: if you purchase the Max-Air Nose Cones on the first day of the month, the return or exchange must be in our facility by the 29th of the month. If you purchased the Max-Air SwirlZZ, then the return or exchange must be in our facility by the 9th of the month. Please allow for appropriate mail delivery times for the return to reach our facility.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

To make an exchange, mail the Max-Air products that you want to exchange, a copy of your receipt, and instructions indicating what size and or type Max-Air product is requested for the exchange to the address listed below. (If you have tried the Max-Air products prior to returning them for an exchange, enclose them in a little baggie.)  If you ordered a storage case; and are making an exchange, do not return it to us, as we will not mail a case with the exchange. If all requirements are met, and we are in receipt within 30 days for the Max-Air Nose Cones or Max-Air Sinus Cones, and 10 days of the purchase date for the Max-Air SwirlZZ, we will promptly make the exchange and ship it back to you at no further charge.

To return the Max-Air Nose Cones, Max-Air Sinus Cones, or Max-Air SwirlZZ for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling charges), ship all of the products received, the storage case, a copy of the receipt, and a note indicating that you would like a refund to the address listed below.

If all requirements are met, and we are in receipt within the specified return period of the purchase date, we will promptly refund your purchase in the same method as your original payment. CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash hands thoroughly with soap prior to handling your MAX-AIR nasal dilators
Before sure that your MAX-AIR nasal dilators are clean before using.
Soak MAX-AIR nasal dilators in 3% hydrogen peroxide for 4 minutes.
Then rinse the hydrogen peroxide off of your MAX-AIR nasal dilators under hot tap water, while giving the surface a good, but gently rub off.
Shake, or wipe dry with a lint-free cloth prior to use.

CAUTION: DO NOT use soap to clean the MAX-AIR nasal dilators
